I can tell many people don't know what to say or how to act around me... I thought every once in a while when I come across things, I'd post a few things that might help people understand where I'm coming from...
I really like this graphic. Especially the "Don't throw these grenades" part. You would be surprised how many times a DAY I get asked most of these.

This is why I offer to help you so much! I don't know what to say ( I think I know what NOT to say, hopefully), but I do know how to help! Plus, I love your kid! It gives me a baby fix and you the time you need or want. So please accept offers of help when given! :) We should also do dinner sometime though. I know we talked about it and then work got crazy (or stayed crazy...), but we definitely could use some time away from work!
