P: So since I have conjunctivitis and an upper respiratory infection, would say running a half marathon be contraindicated?
I ran four miles on Tuesday and I felt okay...
Dr. K: Well it's kind of like going to Target at 10pm... it's not contraindicated, but it's not wise either.
P: So I can do it?
Dr. K: Be careful... (shaking head and walking away)
P.S. I've worn glasses for 24 hours now... possibly the longest period I've ever worn glasses in my life. It's very odd. I prefer my contacts. But apparently my glasses are sexy-- or so says my husband. Good to know.
