William and I went and bought a new TV last night. I think it may be my birthday present. I'm not sure though. See, William was talking about getting me an iPad for my birthday... but then Sunday my Mom surprised us by getting us one (and Colton one too). So I guess that freed up that money for William to get a TV. I mean I'm really not complaining... but in the end it's his tv. I mean he's tried to say otherwise... but we all know the truth.
This weekend is my half marathon. I'm a little bummed because I missed my last group run because I couldn't find my car keys. Apparently I put them in the drawer in our end table when I came home... how lame is that? Then when William suggested I take my spare key, it wouldn't work. So dumb. I need to get it fixed I guess. Anyways, so I did the run by myself... and it actually wasn't too bad. I ran a 11:30 pace for 44 minutes which is a lot faster than I have been running. Hopefully I'm ready for this week. I mean I know I've run it before so I should be good to go. My dad is coming in to cheer me on so that should be exciting!
Also in other news... only 22 days left until school is out. I can't explain how happy I am about this! I love my job... but I'm tired. Some days when I leave work, my head is spinning... I have so many kids with so many different needs on my caseload that sometimes I don't know what to do first. And then, the week after school gets out I start my museum job. I do wish I had a little break... but oh well!
William has training for the military next week I think they are gearing up for deployment. Oh joy!
