So here's to keeping me accountable. For the next 21 days I'm going to wake up at 6:30 and walk/run.
It won't be a strenuous work out, but I'm going to get
into the habit now before school starts and the runs get longer. If I don't skip any of the next 21 days I'm going to buy myself a new pair of running shoes... I figure it's fairly necessary since I can't remember the last time I bought new ones.
Oh and my goal... by the end of the class I'm going to run for an hour straight! In the spring, pending no *bumps* in the road, I'll take the half marathon class.

Sounds like a blast!!! I can't wait to start running again. I broke my toe back in June and I have to wait until at least September for it to completely heal before I start again.
I'll just live vicariously through you until then. :)
THIS IS AWESOME!!!! Running will change your life! :) I think it's wonderful that you joined that class! And you're right, good running shoes are a MUST!
