So far...
I have run 10 minutes this week.
I have walked 2 hours.
You will see this ratio start to flip flop over the coming weeks. My joints are happy... not too much soreness or pain. I haven't missed a work out yet. Even though I've been waking up at the crack of dawn!
Here's picture of some wildlife at the lake. Look very closely... can you see the little guys?
Yesterday morning the sprinklers were on while we were on our walk, which made things a little more like EXTREME WALKING. It keeps things interesting!
