Autism Epidemic?

Autism Speaks, Press Updates, Autism Speaks Responds to New Pediatrics Autism Study Putting Prevalence at 1 in 91 American Children, Including 1 in 58 Boys

In my Autism seminar today, we were alerted to this news.
Prevalence is now 1:91 in American children! What the heck! 1:58 in boys. Soon enough every other boy is going to be diagnosed with autism!

What do you think? Is Autism an epidemic? Why have numbers increased? I'm writing a paper on my views and I'll post it when I'm done!

Things to think about and research if you are interested:
Vaccination schedules
Testosterone exposure in utero
Genetic implications
