Picture from the car of the mountains in front of us! There was snow on the tops of them... but it was near 75 in the valley. Ahh the desert.
We headed to Tombstone, AZ. It's a pretty hokey western town now. Complete with reenactments of the OK Corral gun fights. We got out and wandered the streets for about 30 minutes. William tried on cowboy hats because he apparently needs one for his Cav uniform. Who knew? I asked if it was only units in Texas that wore them and he told me that Cav units everywhere did it.
Here is the Courthouse in Tombstone. It was pretty. The flags across Arizona were still at half mast. It was a little strage to be there in the aftermath of the shootings. People were definitely more on edge in their airport and on our flight than the last time I flew out of there.
The streets of Tombstone.
Some chili peppers. I love pictures of food. I don't know why.
I like how they tried to make the modern Bank of America blend in.
Stagecoach tours.
Beautiful mountains right next to Ft. Huachuca.
And this picture below... well do you see it? If you want to know
what it is you'll have to visit Sierra Vista.

I really like the courthouse pic. Mom just got me a book for Christmas on photographing architecture and interiors, lots of interesting stuff. I still don't understand correcting for perspective, and some of the equipment you need for that is expensive!
